We are less than 2 weeks away from our Thanksgiving Feast!!  On Sunday, November 17th, at Arndt Church we’ll once again celebrate Thanksgiving with our Pack families immediately following our Pack Meeting.

The DiBella, Lufburrow, and Edsoren families are our volunteer leaders for this great event!  If you are able to help out in any way, especially in setup or turkey preparation in the kitchen, please reach out to any of them to volunteer your time (mlufburrow@hotmail.com, suedibella@hotmail.com, medsoren@yahoo.com).

EACH DEN HAS BEEN ASKED TO PROVIDE 2 TURKEYS – PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOUR DEN LEADER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DONATE A TURKEY.  Turkeys should be no larger than 15lbs, and be thawed, gutted, and delivered to the Church at 1PM in a foil pan.

Those able to help out with setup and food preparation should plan to arrive by 1pm.

3:00-4PM          Photos – Bring $15 (cash or check to “Fisk Camera”) for 5×7 group + 3.5×5 individual in Memory Mate frame, 3.5×5 magnet, 8 wallets.  Make sure your scout is in FULL CLASS A UNIFORM for pictures.

4-5:30PM          Pack Meeting – Winter camping signup (2/7-2/9 @ Weytrex Cabin, Camp Minsi), Pinewood Derby car distribution

5:30-7PM          Dinner (Label all lids, utensils, and pots)

Webelos Families (Mr. Courtade/Mr. Delgado) – Each family will need to bring either a veggies, side dishes, or a dessert (plan to feed 20 people).  NO POTATOES OR STUFFING!!  Coordinate with Mr. Courtade so we don’t end up with 12 mac and cheese dishes!

Bear Families (Mr. Rex/Mr. Baker) – Each family will need to bring a veggie or a side dish (plan to feed 20 people).  Coordinate with Mr. Baker so we have variety!

Wolf Families (Mr. Lufburrow/Mr. Stanski) – Each family will need to bring a dessert (plan to feed 20 people).

Tiger Families (Mr. Fossa/Mr. Courtade) – Each family will need to bring either a Potato or a stuffing side dish (Plan to feed 20 people).
