We are less than 1 week away from our Thanksgiving Feast!! On Sunday, November 16th, at Arndt Church we’ll once again celebrate Thanksgiving with our Pack families immediately following our Pack Meeting.
The Renfer, Billing, and Edelman families are our volunteer leaders for this great event! If you are able to help out in any way, especially in setup or turkey preparation in the kitchen, please reach out to any of them to volunteer your time (tlrenfer@yahoo.com fbillings@apollolp.com, lizedelman@yahoo.com).
DEN 6 & 7 HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PROVIDE 2 TURKEYS, DEN 5 & 8 – 1 TURKEY – PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOUR DEN LEADER IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DONATE A TURKEY. Turkeys should be no larger than 15lbs, and be thawed, gutted, and delivered to the Church at 1PM in a foil pan.
Those able to help out with setup and food preparation should plan to arrive by 1pm.

4-5:30PM Pack Meeting – Bobcat Ceremony, Winter camping signup (1/9-1/11 @ Weytrex Cabin, Camp Minsi), Pinewood Derby car distribution, and 2015 Scout Year Registration
5:30-7PM Dinner (Label all lids, utensils, and pots)
Webelos Families (Mr. Baker/Mr. Rex) – Each family will need to bring either a veggies or a side dish (plan to feed 20 people). NO POTATOES OR STUFFING!! Coordinate with Mr. Baker/Rex so we don’t end up with 12 mac and cheese dishes!
Bear Families (Mr. Van Allen/Mr. Leyrer) – Each family will need to bring a veggie, a side dish or a dessert (plan to feed 20 people). Coordinate with Mr. Van Allen so we have variety!
Wolf Families (Mr. Courtade/Mr. Fossa) – Each family will need to potatoes or stuffing (plan to feed 20 people). Coordinate with Mr. Courtade.
Tiger Families (Mr. Delgado) – Each family will need to bring a dessert (Plan to feed 20 people).
