Hello Pack 29 Campers,
Our annual swim test will be held this coming Sunday June 14th @ 11:30 am at the Palmer Pool. After the swim test will be our pre-camp meeting. Remember the swim test is mandantory for ALL SCOUTS EVERY YEAR and ALL NEW ADULTS who have not taken the test before, so be ready to swim. Don’t worry if you/your scout cannot swim or isn’t a strong swimmer. Even if they are marked as a non-swimmer they can still go in the pool at summer camp, I just ask that they at least jump in the water. Please make every effort to attend as this is quite important and if everyone arrives on time it should be a relatively quick process.
Other camp stuff:
I will be placing the t-shirt order tomorrow (June 9th) so, if you have not already, please get your order to me right away.
Everyone must have a completed medical form before they come to camp. You cannot stay if you don’t have it!!!! The form can be downloaded from: http://www.scouting.org/scoutsource/HealthandSafety/ahmr.aspx
All adults need to have their Youth Protection Training completed and the certificate printed out or emailed to me as soon as you can. This is the Link http://myscouting.org
