Pack 29 Families,
This Sunday, April 24th, we will hold our April Pack meeting at 2PM OUTSIDE, under the pavilion at Arndt Church. Please dress accordingly. Scouts should wear Class A uniforms. We have special guests from Pocono Wildlife Rescue presenting their Native Wildlife program. We are encouraging ALL scouts to bring a friend to this event. Any scout who brings a non-scout friend to the event can choose a prize. So tell your friends and enjoy our program!
Parents, we will have a sign-up sheet to run Pack activities in the 2016-2017 scout year. You can run an event (Halloween Pack meeting), help organize a bigger event (Thanksgiving Feast) or coordinate a fundraiser (Popcorn) not tied to a specific date. Either way we need Parents to make the best programs for our Scouts. Please sign-up for a slot.
As a homework assignment, we are working with the Daughters of the American Revolution to send letters to military personnel stationed around the world. We are asking each scout to bring 1 letter with a greeting, a message and a closing in an unsealed envelope with Arndt Church address as the return address.

Also as a follow up from our meeting at Safe Habor, we will be taking donations of toiletries. Next time your at the grocery store, pick a couple of extra items and bring them to our meeting.
Finally, the final Akelaland payment is due. Remember ALL ADULT CAMPERS must complete Youth Protection training and background check waiver form. ALL CAMPERS must submit a signed medical form.
