Reminder that our swim test is this Sunday, June 25, 10 AM at palmer pool.

Please note the pool allows us to do this for free as a courtesy to Scouting. The pool opens at 11 AM and we want to minimize the impact on their paying visitors. So please be prompt, and ready to swim poolside by 10 AM.
After we will have pre camp meeting, where I will review the packing list and any other logistics for camp.

The list of paperwork and trainings required is in my original post about Akelaland, towards the end (link below). Be sure you have or are working on your medical forms, BSA Youth Protection training (1 page completed by Dr.) and PA Act 29 clearances if you area attending as a parent.

Camp begins Sunday July 16 and you can arrive at noon or even a little before to get set up in camp. We will leave camp to check in at the lodge, as a pack, at 1 PM. Kids should eat lunch before arrival first day. A group picture will immediately follow (so have class A accessible). Swim test for those who did not complete will follow that.
