What’s that you say? We just did Winter camping?
Well, it’s time to start thinking about summer camp. Akelaland is our council’s resident summer camp for cub scouts only.
That means it’s a camp just for cub scouts, to stay in tents, eat in the mess halls, sing silly songs, and spend the days doing tons of activities including swimming, shooting sports, outdoor skills, and more.
This years theme is Superheroes. So come have a super time at Akelaland!
Camp will be from Sunday July 15 to Friday July 20. There is also a mini week option of Sunday-Wednesday.
At Blue and Gold (this Saturday feb 24) I will be taking sign ups and collecting deposits. Check can be made out to Pack 29.
Deposit of $100 per Scout gets you a $25 discount on camping, but is non refundable.
Camp fees for 2018 are:
$390 full week Scout
$160 full week adult
$315 mini week Scout
$105 mini week adult
(Prices for the scouts go up $25 if no deposit by Mar 1)
