Our Fall Campout and Family Fun day is Sat Sept 22 -Sun Sept 23!
This is a recruiting event. Please talk it up with friends and anyone interested in scouting. Remember we are now open to boys and girls K-5. Recruiting flyers are available. Contact Carlos Ramirez or Tom Brekne if you do not have the flyers and want some to hand out. It is also posted on facebook.
Our agenda:
- 12 – 2:30 PM – camp setup, arrive any time but please plan to complete setup by 2:30 PM so we are available for scoutcraft activities by 3 PM.
- 3 – 4:30 PM – scout craft activities.
- WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR LEADERS TO RUN ACTIVITIES. Contact Chuck Mina for details of what you can do.
- 4:30 PM – rockets w/ Mr Tarsi
- 5:15 PM – dinner by Chef Brekne.
- PLEASE RESPOND TO THE UPCOMING SIGNUP GENIUS so we have accurate count for dinner planning. Also bring sides/desserts per the signup genius.
- 6:30 PM meeting – change to class A’s before
- 7:30 PM desserts
- ~8:15 PM movie
- 10 PM Lights out
- 7 am breakfast (bagels/donuts, juice, and coffee)
BRING YOUR POPCORN FORMS! If you have sold any. Highest current total will get to pie a leader (preferably our cubmaster).
