Pack 29,
Our December Pack Meeting is this Sunday, December 9, beginning at 6 pm at the church. We are asking each family to bring 1 dozen cookies. I will provide drink boxes.
There is a lot of stuff to bring to the meeting:
- Completed 2019 – Pack 29 Registration form and cash or check payable to Pack 29 (you will also have the option to pay via PayPal). $70 for Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear and Webelos (based on all scouts having sold > $100 of popcorn or having registered this fall). $35 for Arrow of Light (Webelos 2).
- One wrapped present, $10 or less in value, per scout and sibling for a great gift exchange game we play after the Pack Meeting.
- We will be collecting for Toys-for-Tots, bring an unwrapped gift to donate.
- Winter Cabin Camping sign-ups will be out. Cabin camping will be at Camp Minsi on 1/11 – 1/13. Cost is $20 per person, cash or check payable to Pack 29 (you will also have the option to pay via PayPal), if your scout sold < $290 of popcorn. Free for the scout and 1 parent if they sold >= $290 of popcorn.
For those not attending the December meeting:
- Please be sure to get your completed 2019 – Pack 29 Registration form and payment (see the fees above) prior to this weekend’s meeting. Our recharter date is prior to our next group event.
- Please see your Den Leader after the meeting for a Pinewood Derby car kit. The Pinewood Derby will be held January 26th from 1 – 4 pm at Hope Lutheran Church in Tatamy. On January 24th, from 6:30 – 7:30 pm we will have a Pinewood Derby Trial night at Arndt Church. Official Rules to follow.
