Our Thanksgiving Pack Meeting is coming up in 1 week!
In addition to Thanksgiving feast, the pack meeting will also feature – Bobcat advancement ceremony for new scouts, 2020 registration information, and winter cabin camping signups.
You should have received a signup genius link in your email. Please RSVP with headcount and sign up for a side and/or a turkey to bring. The sooner the better so we can coordinate the final details as the week goes on.
Turkeys need to be fully thawed, so if you are bringing one, get it soon and get it thawing.
Sides are assigned by den, please check what your den is asked to bring (listed in the signup). Coordinate with your den leader if any questions.
Schedule for Sun Nov 17:
1 PM – arrival for those setting up and prepping turkeys
3 PM – arrival for most scouts for 1 hour outdoor touch football or other game. Class B’s only for this.
4 PM – meeting inside. Wear Class A’s. Bobcat advancement ceremony, plus information about 2020 registration and winter cabin camping.
5:15 PM – dinner in Ardnt’s basement. Families welcome.
