Pack 29 Scouts and Families
Following positive cases of COVID-19 in Northampton county and Pennsylvania here is an update of the Pack’s upcoming activities and plans:
With the closing of most area institutions and schools many of our activities are impacted and will be for several weeks minimum.
Today’s Tiger den meeting at the Sigal museum was cancelled.
Our bowling / recruiting event at Warren Lanes will no longer happen March 22. We will reevaluate in the coming weeks when or if to reschedule that.
An upcoming on Sunday at Lakota Wolf Preserve is still on for those still interested to attend.
Den meetings are on hold in the near future. We are hoping events can pick up when we can hold outdoor events in small groups later in the spring.
Our next full pack meeting is now April 26 outdoors at Arndt’s church (Raingutter Regatta). That is still on for now. We will of course adjust if necessary as this develops over the next few weeks.
We will also follow any policies at put forth by BSA, Minsi Trails Council, or our charter organization Ardnt’s Lutheran church
Of course, please stay home if anyone in the family is sick and take precautions based on the risks of those in your family. Wash your hands, practice good hygiene, and let’s look forward to normal activity later in the spring.
