Plans for Blue and Gold event are firming up.
If any parents are available to help with setup please plan to arrive at Hope Lutheran church around 2:45 PM Saturday. We will need to setup tables, blow up balloons, etc. Contact a leader to let us know if you can come.
Blue and Gold is our annual banquet to celebrate scouts advancement and our graduating AOL scouts.
We are expecting at least 50 guests already. Please remember to RSVP on this form as soon as you can. Our food order is going in tomorrow so we need a good headcount.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions contact a leader directly and we will accommodate you as best we can. Pack is providing subs from Wegmans for meal in addition to the sides / desserts from each family.
Remember to come ready to signup for Akelaland with $100 deposit per scout attending.
