Reminder that pinewood derby workshop to make inital cuts on your cars will be this Sunday April 24 at Arndt’s pavilion. Leaders will be present 2-5 PM. Check with your den leader for best time to arrive if you want to be with the rest of your den, but you can also come and go any time in that window.
Sunday is the DEADLINE for final cabin camping signups and payments! We will also have a pre-camp meeting at 5:30 PM. REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN BEFORE! Highly recommended even if you have been as it’s been 2 years since we went. We will go over packing list and what to expect, including food menu.
That’s $25 due to Matt Walter by this sunday, per person camping. Or, $10 if you want to come Saturday only for lunch/dinner and to hang out and see the camp. We need final headcount and payment this week as food is getting purchased.
Also every adult attending must complete scouting Youth Protection Training, please do not forget this. Link and instructions here, you will need to create a my.scouting.org account to take the training. Training is valid for 2 years:
