Our annual cabin camping trip is this weekend!
Here is a packing list and information sheet:
Some important highlights:
Arrive Friday after 6 PM. Eat before you come or bring dinner with you
Plan for cool/variable weather Saturday and to spend time outdoors. Remember is is often 5-10 degrees colder in the Poconos than it is in Easton. Bring layers and rain gear/poncho just in case.
Read the full packing list in attached link but some useful items are a camp chair (the cabin has hard floors and benches only), sturdy shoes/sneakers for hiking around the camp, and easy slip on shoes for inside the cabin (such as crocs)
Bring books or simple games for entertainment but no electronics. Write your name on as many items as possible.
Please bring 1 bundle of firewood per family and 1 gallon drinking water per person.
Finally please ensure every adult attending has completed BSA youth protection training (link is in the info sheet/packing list).
Any changes to your plans contact Matt Walter ASAP. If you are signed up and cancel without notifying us we can not refund the money as we will purchase food and supplies based on the number signed up.
If you do want to attend it is $25 a person for the full weekend or $10 for Saturday day trip only (Arrive by 9 AM saturday to meet us before we leave for a hike around camp)
