For any interested families – Cub Scout Pack 29 is invited to camp over night on the historic Battleship New Jersey docked in Camden, NJ. This is the same trip we tried to organize last year but was cancelled due to COVID. Things are looking more promising this year.
This trip is organized with Troop 29 (boys troop) and Troop 2019 (girls troop), however we had questions from families and siblings about bringing younger scouts. All scouts and families are welcome to attend, but any cubs or siblings MUST attend with a parent or guardian and no children under 6 are allowed. If you choose to attend as a cub parent please realize you will be responsible to supervise and stay with your children at all times. Please understand the accommodations are the actual bunks used in this WW2 era ship so they can be a bit cramped and ensure the kids are prepared for this experience.
If you want to attend, please signup and make payment of $75 per person no later than our Sept 24 campout. There might be room to to add/subtract people up until the end of october.
