Scouting for Food is coming! Packs and Troops all over our area will be distributing door hangers starting Saturday November 5. Food pickup will be the morning of Saturday November 12.
We will run things a little differently this year, to give as many scouts as possible the chance to participate. We encourage every scout to try to help out, each den has a community service advancement requirement.
Instead of strict times by Den or Troop – any scout from the Pack or Troop 29 is welcome to any of the flyer dropoff time slots. Based on how many arrive, we will distribute maps of what houses to cover. Parents can drive or walk the areas with a small group of scouts.
Flyer drop meetup times are:
Saturday Nov 5 at 9 AM
Sunday Nov 6 at 2 PM
Tuesday Nov 8 at 2 PM (this is election day and no school for EASD)
