Pack 29 Halloween party starts tonight at 6 PM. Come in your Halloween costume! And dress for the weather as this event will be outdoors.
Any parents willing to help with organization and setup, we will be setting up starting at 5 PM. Even if you can’t setup we will need help to run games – see Katie Hope and she will put you to work.
If you will participate in the Trunk or Treat please park in the church lot, on the half closer to the field. If you are not doing trunk or treat park farther away (near the fence on the far side of the church)
Also if you have meat stick forms bring them! The final deadline to turn them in will be the November pack meeting, then it will be a couple weeks until all orders are filled (no later than December meeting)
Our approximate schedule:
Opening , short meeting and announcements: 6:00 – 6:15
Halloween activities: 6:15-7:15
Trunk or Treat: 7:15-:7:30
Wrap the den leader! – 7:30
Glow dance party! If you have any glow sticks or bracelets bring them, otherwise we will have some to hand out. 7:45 – end
