Reminder – Saturday starting at 8 AM please come to Arndt’s for Scouting for Food pickup

We need a couple of scouts to be around for setup and sorting weighing, prefer AOLs and BSA level scouts.

Everyone else will be sent out to check the neighborhoods for food. This will take about 1.5-2 hours in total including multiple rounds of checking the area.

Please BRING A RAKE – while we are sorting the food, the pack will rake leaves and clean up the outdoor areas of Arndt’s property as a service project.

By about 10:30 AM we should be ready to take the food to be donated. We need about 4-5 large cars, trucks, or minivans available to transport food.

Please signup here if you plan to be available for sorting food or if you want to help transport

Remember that Saturday afternoon, the AOL Weekend with Troop 29 will begin. All AOLs are encouraged to attend. You should have received info about this from Mr. Brekne. Respond ASAP if you have not already with your plans. Mr. Brekne: njhobbit@aol.com Mr. Blair: troop29barista@gmail.com

Sunday 11/13 will be the November pack meeting from 3-5 PM. We do have access to the Arndt’s basement if weather is too cold or windy.

We will award any advancements earned since September including Bobcat ceremony for any new scouts.

Each den will also have the chance to perform a skit or cheer!

Everyone please bring your favorite pie or other dessert to share for afterwards, and we will have some fund activities to finish the day.

Also on 11/13 – Meat sticks final orders are due (all previous orders should be available for pickup). Final orders will be available for pickup at December meeting.

Also very important – 2023 Registration and payment is due!

Fees: $145 to register your scout. $80 for AOLs (these scouts will pay an additional ~$50-60 to a Troop if they choose to cross over in March 2023). $115 for additional scouts in the family after the first.

Any new scouts who have never before registered with BSA also must pay an additional $25 initial registration fee.

Please make out checks to Pack 29. Unfortunately, due to increased service fees we are requesting Check or Cash payment for all annual registration (no PayPal).

With your payment please provide updated contact information using either this Google form online:
