Thank you to everyone who signed up for our Thanksgiving meeting. If your plans have changed either way last minute be sure to update the signup genius as we will set up the basement based on the headcount.

For today – if you are bringing a turkey please bring it fully thawed, opened, and drained/cleaned in a pan. Bring the turkey by 1:45 PM. We will have people outside by the garage with the fryers. Remember to remove the gizzard bags!
If you are bringing sides you can bring them any time after 2 PM, take them to the church basement. If it comes in a crockpot or something to keep it hot let us know when to turn it on. Bring utensils to server and remember to take your stuff home at the end!!
For the meeting please wear Class A shirt. You can take it off for dinner if you prefer to avoid getting it dirty. Expect meeting to start at 4 PM in the chapel. Expect dinner around 4:45
We can always use extra hands setting up! Our turkey fryers will setup at 1:30 and the inside setup will start at 2 PM. Any parents available to help let us know or come out early to help.
Also – winter cabin camping signup begins today! Bring a check or cash to reserve your spot. $40 a person or you can use scout account funds.
