When: Forks elementary(Aug 20th) & Shawnee elementary(Aug 21st)
We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to attend both Forks township elementary schools open houses to recruit new scout members to our Pack.
We will need volunteers to attend both nights and support our recruiting table– we are looking for a min/max of 2 adults and 2 scouts to host ar all timetimes. Scouts should wear their Class A shirts, hand out materials, and talk to prospective scouters about our program from 5:45-7:30.
I know many schools are split 50/50 by the alphabet, we would welcome anyone to stay for the other half of the open house program
