Pack Parents,

Some important information.

1. Registration forms are due at the December Pack Meeting (December 11th).  If you cannot attend the Pack Meeting, please return your forms to your Den Leader or make arrangements with me.  Fees are:
   • $65 per Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos 1, $5 less for each additional scout
   • $35 per Webelos 2
   • If you did not sell any popcorn and have been with the pack for 1 year or longer, an additional $35 popcorn fee.
   • All checks can be made payable to Pack 29.

2. Our December Pack Meeting is a great event, but has lots of “stuff” to bring or due or remember:
   • Pictures will be available starting at 5PM.  Please wear Class A uniform.
   • The group picture will be at 5:35PM.  Even if you are not getting individual pictures, please try to be there for the group picture.
   • Pictures packages are $15 and checks can be made payable to Fisk Camera
   • Our program for this meeting is our gift exchange game.  Please bring a $10 wrapped gift.  No gift cards!  Siblings are most welcome to participate.
   • We will also be donating toys to the Toys-for-Tots program.  Please bring an unwrapped gift.
   • Your admission to this great event is a plate of cookies.  Mr. Courtade is fond of Homemade Oatmeal.
   • Last, as mentioned above, please bring your registration paperwork and check.  We recharter in January and without your form and payment we cannot charter your scout.  Which would mean they would not be able to participate in the Pinewood Derby and Winter Cabin Camping.
3. The Pinewood Derby is right around the corner (Jan. 14th).  Your Den Leader has your car kit.  We will have a trial night on Jan. 12th at Arndt Church.  Here are the official rules:  2015 PWD Rules
   
4. We are currently working on plans for Winter Cabin Camping.  We are tentatively scheduled for January 28th.  We will most likely be at a new facility this year and there are a couple of administrative items adults must complete.  If you plan to attend this year’s Winter Cabin Camping, you must provide PA Criminal Background Check and a PA Child Abuse Check.  You may have already completed this paperwork (for coaching, youth groups, church or your job).  If so, I just need a copy (please bring it to the December Pack Meeting).  If not, you will need to complete them.  Links to the forms:
