We will review plans for Winter Cabin camping trip at Pinewood Derby pack meeting this Saturday.
Winter Cabin Camping will be Feb 9,10,11 at Camp Moseywood again (same place as last year). Camp Moseywood address is 1 Character Rd., White Haven, PA 18661.
At winter cabin camping, the boys get to spend 2 nights in a cabin, but we make several trips outdoors in the cold weather. We will do at least one winter hike and, if weather permits, take an afternoon trip to Camp Minsi and walk on the frozen lake.
There are many other activities for the scouts including the famed Marshmallow Olympics Saturday night. Meals are provided by the Pack.
I have 38 people registered including all tentatives. If you are still interested see me at Pinewood derby.
Fee is $20 per person and that includes lodging and food. Checks payable to Pack 29. See me to pay at Pinewood derby.
Remember all adults need PA clearances for criminal background check, PA child abuse check, and FBI fingerprint or PA waiver. See me with questions.
