A sincere thank you to everyone who is already actively selling popcorn.
Some points to clarify, especially for those of you new to this
1) “Wagon Sales” are your traditional person-to-person or door to door sales. You can use these for sales to local friends, neighbors, family.
Wagon Sales final orders are not received by the Pack until early November. Be sure your customers know to expect a delay to receive it.
Try to collect wagon sales money upfront – the money for all orders is due on or before October pack meeting (Oct 26) with all final orders.
The “wagon sales” inventory in the app is identical to the paper order form. You can use paper or the app for wagon sales, but only the app allows credit card order.
If you are using the app – be sure to select “Undelivered” for wagon sales, until the actual popcorn product is given to them.
2) “Internet sales” are done through the online portal you set up for your scout. You can send the link to anyone, they can order online via credit card and will receive product shipped.
The product selection and costs is different for internet sales. Note that shipping is free this year for internet sales.
Also – remember that the scout with the highest verified sales will get to pie 1 leader of their choice in the face at Sept pack meeting!
Our top 3 sellers at October pack meeting will pie leaders in the face.
Bring your popcorn paper forms to both Sept and October pack meetings so we can add any of those totals to Storefront, internet, or wagon sales from the app.
