Those helping with setup please arrive by 5:15 PM
Meeting start time 6 PM – games and activities immediately after our meeting.
Please remember this is FINAL DEADLINE FOR POPCORN ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We will place our final order to council to cover your personal wagon orders on Sunday. This means we need all popcorn order information including your payments. You can help us get a head start by entering your information online – remember to set all orders a “undelivered” unless you have actually given the popcorn to the customer.
If we don’t have your payments we can not enter your popcorn orders and the scout will not get credit for any of those sales – please bring all info or contact a leader to make other arrangements BEFORE the meeting.
