Thank you everyone who has signed up for our Thanksgiving pack meeting. We are already expecting about 70 people for our feast!

For those donating turkeys remember to get them thawing! We need them fully thawed, unwrapped, and cleaned. Please deliver between 1 and 1:30 PM – take them over to the garage where we will have fryers set up.

Those bringing sides remember the Arndt’s kitchen will be occupied with setup and turkey prep – please bring your sides fully prepared. Bring them around 3-4 PM and we will set them up in the basement.

Also Your Popcorn orders will be available for pickup ! Best time will be 3-4 PM

Here’s our schedule again:

1 PM – arrival for those setting up and prepping turkeys. Use back entrance! Park in the field due to church function.

3 PM – arrival for most scouts. 1 hour outdoor game run by webelos. Class B’s only for this. Popcorn pickup!!

4 PM – meeting inside. Wear Class A’s. Bobcat advancement ceremony, plus information about 2020 registration and winter cabin camping.

5:15 PM – dinner in Ardnt’s basement. Families welcome.

~7 PM cleanup please stick around to help out if you can.
