Our end of year Pack graduation for June 5 is taking shape.
This is a very special event combining our end of year Pack graduation and family campout, with Blue and Gold for the recent AOLs.
This is also a recruiting event for incoming scouts. Please invite friends who may be interested. They can visit during our setup time to play and hang out with the other kids, and be sure to invite them from 4-5 PM as we are planning entertainment from Grins and Grins. https://www.grinsandgrins.com/
Dinner and campout is meant for registered families in the Pack (or recent AOLs). We need headcount for those activities. Please RSVP by FRIDAY May 28. The form has been updated and if you have dietary restrictions there is a space to enter that. We will try to accommodate where possible and will let you know if we can’t.

AOL Parents – this event is to honor your scouts – please help us with setup by meeting at 2:30 PM at Arndt’s pavilion for help with decorating, tables. Setup should take about an hour.
Here’s the full planned schedule for the event:
Setup your tents for camping: Anytime after 1 PM.
Please plan to be fully setup by 3:30 PM if you are camping.
AOL Parents: Please meet at the pavilion at 2:30 PM to help with setup and decorating
Entertainment by Grins and Grins comedy / juggling act: 4 – 5 PM
(TENTATIVE!!!)
Meal provided by pack: About 5:30-6:30 PM
Graduation and Blue and Gold crossover ceremony: 7 – 8:30 PM
Outdoor Movie 8:30
In tents lights out 10 PM
Breakfast Sunday AM – probably pancakes and sausage, juice
Break camp and depart by 10 AM
