Hello Pack 29!
In addition to being recruiting season for Pack 29, BSA Troops in our area are also inviting AOLs to come visit and consider their plans for the spring. This is a chance not just for AOLs but any older friends or siblings to try out scouting.
BSA troops are open to anyone age 11-17 (or after March 1 of their 5th grade year). Troops are separated into boys and girls units.
BSA TROOP 2019 is a girls troop based on St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 2561 Newburg Rd, Easton PA. The troop meets Mondays from 7 – 8:30 PM. There are 2 upcoming recruiting events:
-Troop 2019 Halloween Party – Monday October 30 from 7-8:30 PM. Come in costume!
-Troop 2019 Friendsgiving cookout – Sunday November 18 2 PM (more details to come)

BSA TROOP 29 is a boys troop based at Arndt’s Lutheran. The troop meets Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 PM.
Troop 29 will host their open house campout from November 11 and 12. We anticipate beginning around 2pm Saturday with a few demonstrations in our scout craft area, including some fun with pumpkins in a slingshot slashed together by this year’s new scouts. And as has become our tradition, that evening is our Scoutmaster Cookoff, where our adult leaders will compete for the scouts’ votes for best dinner! Breakfast Sunday morning will also be provided for those able to campout.
